11/20/2042
I was looking at my retirement profile and I will make over 100k a year in accumulated retirement funds (with the little bit left of Social Security before it expires in 2052) after this date. Sure, it won't be what it is now, but, hey, I think it calls for a round of beers on me. So, November 20, 2042, at McGillan's around 5 PM? See you there.

I'll be 75 years old by then...which means that I'll be in my 40th wonderful year of fantasy marriage to Julianne Moore. The Playboy photo of her that I keep in my wallet means she won't have aged a bit. So let's make it a double celebration -- Pat's retirement and my 40th imaginary anniversary!
Congratulations, man. It's hard to keep a marriage going that long.
Yeah, communication is the key.
I suggest shortwave radio. About 3,400 kHz really keeps a couple open and responsive.
You are the Dr. Phil of HAM radio!
My rabbi was a ham-radio operator. It caused him tremendous guilt. I once saw him poring frantically through the Talmud for loopholes.
Eventually, he compromised, keeping his ham radio, but using it only to listen to KSHR, Tel Aviv's ritually fit oldies station.
